Light, bubbly, and refreshingly crisp, our house-brewed hard seltzer features a rotating selection of seasonal fruit flavors. Current selection: grapefruit.

Watermelon Gose | 4.1%
A light, gently tart German-style wheat ale brewed with watermelon, coriander, and a touch of salt. Bright, fruity, and made for warm Colorado days. Pronounced GOES-UH.

Skinny Dipper Mexican Lager | 5%
A crisp, refreshing Mexican-style lager brewed with a hint of corn and served with a lime. Light, clean, and made for sunny days and Salida adventures.

Peach Wheat | 4.5%
A crisp, easy-drinking wheat beer with fresh peach, soft bready malt, coriander, and orange peel. Fruity and refreshing without being overly sweet.

242 Lager
A crisp American light lager featuring New Zealand Wakatu and Wai-iti hops. Delicate citrus, peach, passionfruit, and floral notes make it bright, refreshing, and exceptionally easy to drink.

Bohemian Pilsner | 5%
A crisp, easy-drinking Czech-style pilsner with spicy, herbal Saaz hops and a clean finish. More hop flavor than our light lagers, while staying bright and refreshing.

Pale Ale | 5%
A classic West Coast pale ale with bright citrus, fresh pine, and a clean, pleasantly bitter finish. Brewed with Cascade hops for plenty of flavor without the weight.

High Side! IPA | 6.5%
Crisp, citrusy, and pine-forward, this West Coast IPA delivers bold hop flavor without weighing you down. A refreshing post-river pint brewed with Cascade, Chinook, and Simcoe hops. Stay in the boat!

Sawatch Red Ale | 5.8%
A bold red ale with a full, toasty malt backbone and a lively dose of Cascade hops. Richer than a pale ale and hoppier than a traditional red, with a beautifully balanced finish.

Double IPA | 8%
Big malt, bold hops, and a warming 8% finish for those who like their IPA with a kick. Cascade, Chinook, and Simcoe hops bring layers of citrus and pine.

Space Guide Juicy IPA | 6.2%
Hazy, juicy, and bursting with tropical fruit. Sultana, Bravo, and Simcoe hops create a soft, aromatic IPA for drinkers who prefer fruit-forward hops over assertive bitterness.

MALTY/DARK BEERS

Auburn Ale | 5.8%
One of our original recipes and a longtime staff favorite. This balanced amber ale brings toasted malt, a hint of spice, and just enough hops for a smooth, flavorful finish.

Street Dog Porter | 6%
A rich yet approachable porter with smooth notes of coffee, dark chocolate, and toasted malt, balanced by a touch of Cascade hops. Named for Salida’s famously free-roaming street dogs.
