 The Alliance began providing services in 1982 and is crucial to the network of support that offers critical “safety net” services to vulnerable, low-income and at-risk populations. It is the only organization serving Chaffee County, western Freemont county, and northern Sagauche county designed to provide shelter and advocacy for survivors of domestic and sexual violence. We have grown our programs to meet the complex needs of survivors and are proud to offer a 24/7 crisis hotline, flexible financial assistance, legal advocacy and representation, community and school based education programs, peer support groups, advocacy services and housing.
