At Moonlight, we’re proud to shine a light on local nonprofits doing incredible work to lift up our community. This month, we’re thrilled to feature Colorado Farm to Table—an organization rooted in generosity, nourishment, and the belief that everyone deserves access to healthy, fresh food.

Who They Are

Colorado Farm to Table is on a mission to fight hunger the old-fashioned way—with fresh, sustainably grown vegetables and a whole lot of heart. Their goal? Make sure every Coloradan, regardless of circumstance, has access to nutritious food.

What They’re Up To

Food insecurity affects 1 in 7 people across Colorado, but thanks to this incredible nonprofit—and the generosity of our community—98,000 pounds of produce were donated in 2024 alone. That’s over 366,000 servings of fresh food going directly to individuals and families in need. Volunteers (100+ strong!) and partner organizations like Ark Valley Helping Hands help get those veggies where they’re needed most.

Where the Moonlight Monday Funds Go

Moonlight Monday proceeds will support their 2025 goal of growing 100,000 pounds of produce. That’s enough food to feed more than 83,000 Coloradans! Your support helps cover the costs of seeds, soil, and sustainable growing practices to make that possible.

Colorado Farm to Table is laser-focused on expanding their reach and educating the community about how small-scale farming can play a major role in reducing hunger. More food. More people fed. More impact.
